In the design stage we work closely with you so that we fully understand your Thermoformed Plastic Packaging requirement. Our in house tooling capability enables Flight Plastics to design and produce many of the dies and moulds we use in production.

We offer fast creative solutions from our in house tooling department, which can develop the right plastic package at the lowest possible cost. Advanced 3-D software enables photo-realistic representation and technical drawings to be produced before committing to sampling in our pattern making facility. When all samples are completed and signed off we commence our tooling programme.

We have a variety of state of art machinery for high volume production and lower volume, or speciality runs. This allows us to offer you an appropriate tool size and mould cost for your production volume.
